Day Shift Direct Hire Warehouse Supervisor

Our client in Viola, WI is looking to bring on an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support their growing production facility. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee a dedicated team while ensuring safe operations, efficient workflows, and accurate order fulfillment. You’ll play a key role in the coaching staff, improving performance, and supporting two shifts—primarily days from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with flexibility into the second shift when needed.

As a Warehouse Supervisor, your responsibilities will include ensuring warehouse safety and cleanliness, training and mentoring staff, managing equipment usage and maintenance, supporting cross-functional communication, and overseeing inventory accuracy and shipment quality. You’ll report to the Senior Logistics Manager and collaborate with departments like Quality and Maintenance to ensure everything flows smoothly.

You’re the ideal Warehouse Supervisor if you bring:

• Experience supervising in a warehouse or food manufacturing environment

• Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and HACCP protocols

• Solid WMS and ERP system skills (SAP a plus)

• The ability to mentor, motivate, and lead a warehouse team

• An eye for detail and a drive to improve processes

An ASCM certification is a nice bonus, but not required.

Compensation & Schedule:
This is a full-time Direct Hire position offering a salary between $60,000 and $75,000, depending on experience. The standard shift runs between the hours of 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with occasional flexibility into the second shift. Minimal travel required.
