As a Maintenance Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in keeping the facility running efficiently and safely. You’ll lead a team of maintenance professionals, coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance, and collaborate with production leaders to minimize downtime. You’ll be the go-to problem solver for mechanical and electrical challenges, ensuring quality and safety standards are met every step of the way.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Maintenance Supervisor:

Your hours will primarily fall between 1st and 2nd shift, with flexibility to support all three shifts as needed. This means variety—sometimes you’ll oversee day-to-day operations, and other times you’ll jump in to support special projects or urgent repairs.
