Referral Staffing Solutions is partnering with our client in Viola, WI to hire a Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Specialist in a direct hire capacity. As the HSE Specialist, you’ll design, implement, and drive safety programs that don’t just meet compliance—but set a new internal standard. You’ll shape the safety culture, mentor frontline teams, and lead initiatives that make a lasting impact across the facility.

What You’ll Do:

You’ll take full ownership of health, safety, and environmental efforts—conducting audits, developing engaging training, investigating incidents, and ensuring OSHA/EPA/DNR compliance. You’ll work closely with department leaders to embed a proactive, people-first safety mindset while laying the groundwork for a future leadership structure.

What We’re Looking For:

We're seeking a safety trailblazer with 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing-based HSE role. Bonus points for certifications like OSHA 30, CSP, or ASP. You should bring strong communication and coaching skills—and a vision for scaling this role into a leadership path.

Schedule & Salary:

• Pay: $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM (with flexibility)

• Location: Viola, WI
