As a Process Engineer, you'll work hands-on with cross-functional teams to optimize systems, increase throughput, and eliminate waste. You’ll dive into lean tools like 5S, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping, and lead the charge on capital projects—from equipment selection to startup. Expect to spend about 60% of your time analyzing and planning in the office and the remaining 40% actively supporting the production floor.

The ideal Process Engineer will bring at least 7–10 years of experience in process or manufacturing engineering, preferably within food production. You'll have a knack for solving complex problems, building collaborative relationships, and turning process headaches into smooth operations. Experience with PLCs, automation, and industry software like SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Tableau? Even better.

You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing preferred) and a mindset that thrives in continuous improvement environments.
