As a Machine Operator, you'll enter a clean and energized environment where your skills will shine. From loading and unloading CNC machines to conducting quality checks with calipers, you'll help create products that athletes trust. The ideal Machine Operator is mechanically inclined, adaptable, and ready to take on daily challenges with a positive attitude.

This full-time, Temp-To-Hire opportunity is perfect for a detail-oriented Machine Operator who thrives in a production setting and doesn’t mind a bit of dirt, noise, and repetitive tasks. Plus, you'll enjoy a steady schedule and a great starting wage!

Schedule & Pay:
Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
$20.00/hour

What You'll Do as a Machine Operator:
Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality components
Perform dimensional inspections using calipers
Deburr, buff, and finish milled parts
Handle tools like ratchets, gauges, saws, and lathes
Work with precision and attention to safety standards
Adapt quickly to shifting priorities
Perform basic arithmetic including fractions and percentages
Other duties as needed
