Quality Assurance Field Technician (TEMP) – $22/hour – M-F Day Shift

Referral Staffing Solutions is hiring a Quality Assurance Field Technician for a TEMP position at our client’s food production facilities. This assignment runs through April 1, 2026, offering hands-on experience in a mission-driven, quality-focused environment.

This is a full-time Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM position, with rotating weekends to support production needs. If you love being in the field and thrive on structure, science, and teamwork, this one’s for you.

As a Quality Assurance Field Technician, you’ll travel between key locations like Cashton, La Farge, and McMinnville to ensure food safety and product quality are top-notch. Your work will directly support QA, lab, warehouse, transportation, and R&D teams.

Pay Rate: $22.00/hour
Employment Type: Temporary (now through April 1, 2026)
Location: On-site across multiple facilities

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll conduct sampling, testing, and reporting on dairy products in various stages of production. You’ll monitor compliance with GMP, HACCP, ISO 17025, and BRC standards, maintain and calibrate lab and plant equipment, and support environmental monitoring and sanitation protocols. You’ll also assist with data entry, audits, and product shelf-life studies while collaborating with various departments.

Who We’re Looking For:
You’ve got at least two years of QA, QC, or lab experience—especially in dairy or food production. You’re strong with documentation, great at communicating, and know your way around math conversions and Microsoft Office. High school diploma is required; further education or certifications are a bonus. You can lift up to 40 lbs and are flexible to support evening or weekend shifts when needed.

This is a TEMPORARY position running through April 1, 2026, but it's a great opportunity to build your skills and make a meaningful impact.
